Rules:
RULES: 3 kilometers (1.86 miles) run/walk 3 reps high energy burst 3 minutes stretch
PRE-REQUISITES: None
How to Earn this Title:

3 Minutes/ 3 kilometers / 3 Reps
Complete all 3 of the following:
- 3 minutes of stretching.
- 3 kilometers (1.86 miles) run/walk with your dog.
- 3 reps of a high energy burst (ex: jumping over a bar jump, sprinting a short distance, or going up stairs).
You will need to show proof of only your 3k. Proof can be a photo, video, stopwatch, GPS, written statement from a spectator, etc. You do not need to show proof of the high-energy burst or the stretching.
QUESTION: Do we have to RUN? You can run or walk. If either the person or the dog is only capable of a slow walk, they should do the slow walk. Fitness is for everyone.
QUESTION: Can I submit a run/walk that we did a long time ago? You should have completed the 3K within the past 30 days
