Learn about the world of Animal Acting!

This 1-day Animal Acting workshop is open everyone; all levels welcome! Students will have a blast working on acting scenarios and interacting with other people and dogs. No previous experience is required. This workshop is beginner-oriented but not too slow for those who have had some past acting experience.

Animal actor dogs will participate in a series of constantly rotating fun and educational acting exercises which focus on a specific acting technique (emoting, overcoming distractions, positioning on a mark, moving across the set, etc.)

🎬 By the end of this workshop, your dog should qualify for his Animal Acting Level 1 certification

1. Learn the skills required to have your animal certified as “set-prepped” or “set trained”
2. Learn to create a resume, log of cued behaviors, and book a job
3. Learn to work an animal on set
4. Basics of following a “look-stick” and going to a “mark”
5. Getting your animal to emote
6. Practice real-world scenarios that your animal may encounter on set, such as posing with a product, interacting with a human actor, wearing a costume, or walking across set.
